On November 4th, Resolve Group celebrated 20 years helping our clients navigate complex problems. We combined an elegant evening of entertainment with the announcement of a leadership change and a rebranding.

Our 20-year anniversary party was the perfect time to acknowledge the inspiring work our Managing Director, Martin Leak has delivered in a long career in the industry, and in the establishment and growth of this exceptional boutique company, and to look forward from here at how we might best serve our clients in the 20 years to come. While Martin will remain a key figure in the business, we are delighted to announce the following revised roles across our Leadership Team:

  • Ben Sherriff – General Manager (commencing July 2023)
  • Dawn Collyns – Business Manager
  • Karen Fehl – Operations Manager
  • Steve Griffith – Delivery Manager

As a way of marking this change, Resolve Group has gone through a rebranding exercise, some elements of which you can already see on the website. This new branding better reflects our current service offerings and capabilities and is not simply a logo refinement but rather a celebration of the journey we have been on and the journey we hope to take with our people, our staff and our clients, in the twenty plus years to come.
