Rodney District Council recently undertook a comprehensive procurement process for the supply of Professional and Physical Services across its Infrastructure Directorate.
Resolve Group worked with the client to develop a procurement model that streamlined and consolidated services delivered by contractors and consultants. We then managed the procurement of six Professional Services contracts, and three major Physical Services contracts within a six-month timeframe.
Council received an excellent response to the tenders and the final prices received resulted in a $12.4 million cost saving (three years) to ratepayers with no reduction in level of service.
