Martin Leak and Terry Brown are presenting a paper at the ITS World Congress in Stockholm later this month. They have been invited to speak about ramp signalling with particular emphasis on the procurement of the services required to implement ITS based projects using external resources. This congress attracts some 5,000 participants from around the world to share experiences and build networks.
