Auckland Transport (AT) is nearing completion of the procurement process to engage eleven suitably qualified and experienced Asset Management consultants to perform condition assessment, data review, and prepare forward works programmes associated with the region.

The asset management contracts were for roading, structures, wharf and ferry facilities, rail and bus facilities, and traffic counting. The two stage procurement process began with the shortlisting of tenderers and was followed by a final evaluation based on price and non-priced attributes.

Michael Kwok has been assisting AT during the process, both as part of a panel of Procurement Advisors and as a member of the Tender Evaluation Team for all eleven contracts.
