Mercedes Santos has been selected as the New Zealand Institute of Management’s Project Manager of the Year for 2014. As Senior Project Manager, Highways and Networks Operations at NZTA, it has been Santos’s recent work on the Waikato Expressway that earned her the award.

Santos has been with the NZTA since 2011, but previously, spent three years with Harrison Grierson Consultants, where she worked first as a civil engineer and then in contract management and project management, and was mentored for some of that time by Resolve Group’s Thomas Haarhoff. Everyone at Resolve Group would like to congratulate Mercedes on her success.
