Resolve Group successfully project managed an interim solution for NZTA, the SH16 Hobsonville Interchange Adjustment Project. This involved modifications to the layout of the offramp intersectioning, destination signage and traffic signals to provide access to Gunton Drive.

The services Resolve Group provided were risk management, liaising with multiple stakeholders including Auckland Transport and two property developers, interfacing with adjacent physical works contracts, and managing the expected high traffic volumes for the opening, all within an extremely short time frame. The project was completed mid-September and opened successfully.
