The Auckland Southern Region Physical Works maintenance contracts have been awarded. Auckland Transport (AT) are now working together with the successful Physical Works providers to collaboratively plan and prepare for the way we perform road maintenance. Whilst this mobilisation is taking place, the AT Road Corridor Maintenance Team (RCM) have been carrying out a tender process for the Technical Support Services, a panel of Professional Service providers that will support the Physical Works Contractors across the Auckland Region.

A team lead by Resolve Group assisted AT through this tender process with the development of the Tender Documents and the facilitation and management of the Tender Evaluation Process. A total of six tenderers submitted for a role on the three Technical Services Panels, and the outcome was a successful combination of  providers spread across the Auckland Region.

The award of these Technical Support Contracts was a significant achievement for AT.  The Professional Services work, with a combined value in the order of $55 million over the next four years, was awarded in a tight time frame using a quality based tender process. Resolve Group are confident the Technical Support Services Team will assist  with strategic approach and priorities for AT’s RCM team over the upcoming years.
