Updating of the Local Council’s Asset Management Plan for roads as part of the Regional Land Transport Plan rewrite.

Our Involvement:

Resolve Group reviewed and improved the Local Council asset management plan for roads and provided independent advice on how to bring the asset management plan up to date, incorporating a business case approach, and using a framework that incorporates the One Network Road Classification (ONRC) requirements and Road Efficiency Group (REG) advice.
