The Project:
- The major deep-water port in the South Island is at the hub of trade and plays a vital role in the global transport network, catering for a diverse range of trades and offering a full range of shipping services
- Following extensive damage caused by the 2010 and 2011 Canterbury earthquakes, Lyttelton Port Company has embarked on a significant programme of reinstatement and repair works. The first tranche consists of reconstruction of Cashin Quay 2 and stabilisation and strengthening of backlands behind the new structure
Resolve Group:
- assisted with the rebuild programme through development of strategic procurement plans;
- executed physical works procurement including Early Contractor Involvement contract for stabilisation works
- participated in, and assisted with, Tender Management, Tender Evaluation and Contract Award, including associated reports and contract documentation
