Kirill has 18 years’ engineering experience in the Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS), Transport, military, telecommunications and IT industries. He has strong professional skills in project management, systems engineering methodology and the design and delivery of complex solutions and systems.
He has worked in New Zealand, Australia, the Middle East and Russia and held roles as Project Manager, Team Manager, ITS Lead Designer, Peer Reviewer, Client Representative and Technical Advisor. He has worked with various project procurement models on projects ranging from small roads to highways. His clients have included local, national and international road and transport authorities and international investors such as the World Bank.
Now the AMA has stepped down and the ASM takes over the management of the Auckland Motorway network, Kirill is undertaking an audit of all the current technology systems being used, with a view to assessing which should be transitioned to the new alliance, and in what way.
